Booster Juice — Restaurant in Calgary

I recently visited Booster Juice, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. First off, the prices are way too high for what you get. I ordered a smoothie, and it tasted watery and lacked flavor, not at all worth the premium price. It felt like they used more ice than fruit. The portion size was smaller than expected, especially given the price.The staff also seemed uninterested and rushed, even though the store wasn’t busy. They got my order wrong initially and didn’t offer an apology. Cleanliness was another issue—the counter looked sticky, and the floor had spills that weren’t cleaned up. Overall, I was really disappointed and won’t be going back. There are better options out there for a refreshing smoothie.By far worst management, Falguni and her husband are extremely selfish towards their employees. Booster Juice's smoothies are good and usually don't deviate, in my experience, from one location to the next. What happened to differ was the level of service we received today. I have a couple of severe allergies that I made the order taker aware of and she was more than willing to comply. The more seasoned individual from whom the order taker required assistance with my special order had quite the attitude and said the smoothie has to have juice in it. Once I told her directly that I had an allergy and that I have ordered it in this way from this location before, she turned around in a huff and made the smoothie. I ordered the Mango Hurricane through Doordash from this location and I mentioned in the notes to omit the strawberries due to an allergy. Apparently the Mango Hurricane was sold out, so they replaced my drink with the Very Berry drink without contacting me. Not only did they send me a drink with strawberries but they arbitrarily replaced it without asking which replacement I actually wanted. This is the first place I have ordered from on Doordash that didn't try to contact me when something was sold out. I really can't believe they sent a drink full of strawberries when there was literally a note alerting them to a strawberry allergy. So careless. You guys could seriously make...
