staff is very unknowledgeable about their menu. I called to order a gf ham and mushroom pizza but the lady on the phone told me they don't have anything with ham and mushrooms. I'm pretty sure I saw it on the menu, so I asked if there was something similar (incase there was another topping with it) and she told me no, only ham and pineapple. so I got that one and when I picked it up, I see there is a mushroom and ham pizza, so I just thought I'd let her know ham and mushroom is on the menu, so she knows for next time, but decides to argue me instead. Why cant people just own up to their mistakes, its really simple and makes everything easier! Not to mention there is a massive menu right behind her, it would take less then a minute to turn around and look at it. Besides the terrible service, that pizza wasn't even that good. Very bland. Read moreI'm not sure how often Richard comes to this location but I've see truck stop bathrooms cleaner then here! Had to use the washroom, toilet seat was disgusting, had to wash it myself. Outside the toilet, the floor, the counter....filthy and falling apart!! The doors are disgusting and when I went back to the main area....its just not clean!! Sad to see as Coco Brooks used to be a lot better.
Now for the pizza! I got a Louisiana Chicken and my husband got a Big Al's Calzone. I'm not sure if they are short toppings of cutting back but the back part of my pizza, about half an inch or a full inch was just cheese! My husband's calzone, so much dough, the part where they sealed it was huge. Last I went to the 32nd location maybe 3 months ago, it wasn't like this.
Sad to see Coco Brooks going down hill! Don't know if Richard needs to come back in and get the place(s) in ship shape or if he's letting them go. Either way, never mind covid, it made me uneasy to touch...
Read moreI placed a very large order ($400) with this location. I gave them the sheet of paper that had all the items listed on it and they entered into their system themselves. When I arrived to pick up the order, 3 items were the wrong size and I asked for it to be corrected. After receiving the corrected items and paying the price difference I was approached by a staff member and told that the manager said next time they would not correct the order for me. I explained how they were the ones that entered it in wrong and she just repeated the manager had said this and walked away. I am not sure why I would order from here again with that kind of service. The time prior to this they had mislabeled 2 orders and I did not complain about it as I realize that we place large orders and sometimes mistakes happen, but now after 2 times of their own mistakes and being told I have to deal with it, my company is not so...
