To start we had the unfortunate experience with this place on FRIDAY NIGHT 11TH. OF APRIL.WE WANTED PIZZA SONWE DECIDED TO GO THERE AS ITS LESS THEN 15 MIN.AWAY. WE WENT IN THERE WAS ONE TABLE THERE SO WE WERE THE SECOND ONE. WELL WE SAT DOWN AFTER A BIT HE CAME OVER TO GET THE ORDER .WE ORDERED A LG. PIZZA AND ASKED FOR IT TO BE NICE AND CRISPY I ORDERED A 9OZ.NEW YORK MED. RARE WITH A STUFFED POTOTO ALSO A BEER. WELL ALMOST 1/2 HR. LATER I ASKED FOR THE BEER AGAIN AS HE FORGOT REMEMBER ONLY 1 TABLE AT THIS POINT. SO AFTER HE BROUGHT OUT THE STEAK AND SAID THE PIZZA WOULD BE 10 MORE MIN. OR SO AT THIS POINT CLOSE TO 45 MIN. WELL I STARTEDTO EAT THE STEAK WAS COLD THE POTATO WAS ICE COLD COULD HARDLY PUSH IT DOWN THE BUTTER WOULD NOT MELT ON THE POTATO OR STEAK.HE NEVER CAME AROUND SO I CALLED HIM OVER TOLD HIM HE SAID OH. HE TOOK IT BACK AS I TURNED AROUND I SAW HIM STICK HIS FINGER IN THE POTATO TO SEE IF IT WAS COLD I JUST OH MY GOD. THEN HE CAME BACK WITH THE FOOD HE PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE I TO SAY WAS SHOCKED WAS NOT GOING TO EAT THAT. SO THEN THE PIZZA CAME THE LG. IN MY BOOK LOOKED LIKE A MED. AS HE STARED TO EAT IT HE SAID IT WAS RAW AS I COULD SEE IT WAS. WE WERE HUNGRY SO WE PULLED OFF THE TOP AND SOME OF THE BOTTOM.I WOUD SAY WE WERE THERE CLOSE TO 2HR. WE CALLED HIM TO THE TABLE AND HAD A CHAT EXPRESSING OUR THOUGHTS ABOUT WHAT WE THOUGHT FIRST THING OUT OF HIS MOUTH WAS NO MANAGER HERE SO YOU NEED TO PAY I WAS NOT THERE TO GET FREE FOOD I WAS THERE TO GET FOOD THAT WAS FIT TO EAT .BY FAR THE WORST FOOD AND AS FAR AS THE PERSON SERVING GOOD THING HE DIDN,T WORK FOR ME. IF YOU SEE A BUNCH OF PIZZA DOUGH ON A PLATE AND THE OTHER MEAL NOT TOUCHED AND YOU COME BACK WITH A COMMENT YOU ATE THE PIZZA THE GUY IN THE KITCHEN HAD AN OFF NIGHT MAKING EXCUSES THEY ONLY HAD OUR TABLE SO SAD FOR WHO EVER THE ORNER IS HE BEST GET ON TOP OF HIS STAFF AS WE HAVE BEEN IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY FOR OVER 35 YEARS AND IF THAT HAPPENED IN MY PLACE THERE WOULD BE HEADS ROLLING. REMEMBER WHEN YOU HAVE A PERSON STICK YHERE FINGER IN YOUR FOOD WOULD YOU EAT IT SO I KNOW THAT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME IF YOU GO THERE DONOT SEND YOUR FOOD BACK TO THE KITCHEN.IT COST US 60 DOLLARS FOR TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE.I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE AND THE PERSON WHO WAITED ON US NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS IN A BUSINESS BECAUSE IT WAS THE WORST IN MY RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE.THE OWNER HAS TO HAVE A MANAGER WHO CARES FOR HIS BUSINESS AND RESPECT OF THE PLACE ITS SAD TODAY WHEN YOU HAVE STAFF WHO ARE THERE FOR ONLY THE...

She had paid her bill then stood by the front door and wordlessly stared down the wait staff until they read her mind and came over to ask what was wrong. She softly complained to the poor teenage girl that "we've been customers here for years and it's insulting that the ambiance is off. Look around, why aren't the people happy. There's something off here, and I don't want to have to get the owner out here. I don't know if it's you or the back of house, but something is wrong and it's affecting the ambiance. "

Places like Charbar and Posto, and Sidewalk Citizen have awesome sourdough crust pizza--this place has generic flavorless cardboard by comparison. The pepperoni tasted like cheap slime, sauce was decent though. There was also generic stringy cheese that takes all the toppings off with it in each bite. The toppings were put on the pizza raw so the peppers had no flavor. Bacon, pepperoni, ham, beef, peppers, and mushrooms is NOT Italian style pizza.
Also why put raw onion on a pizza during an onion related salmonella outbreak with 506 cases? I vomited 4 times several hours after I ate. Not sauteing potentially dangerous items or using local onions shows what a careless and dangerous place this is. And it makes it likely that I got food poisoning from here because NO precautions were made to ensure food safety. Always go out of your way to go to restaurants you trust. Hope...
