Nav, the owner, lacks the basic communication skills. He is extremely rude towards the customers and the employees. I am shocked to know that he is actually the manager. He needs to learn proper management skills before continuing his business. Gave burnt old food which is not even edible.
Update#1: Lets correct you, Nav. You are the liar. I have pictures clearly showing the black burnt slices. I have read the terms of the TGTG, it clearly states that the food must be safe to consume. Further to address your unprofessional comments regarding my education and wealth, you are nowhere close to it Baby Beluga.
Update#2: Nav(the owner), you are not the CEO of pizza hut so stop acting like one coz you are not. Take a min. and think abt the main concern highlighted, its around food safety, non-edible food. It seems like you are ignoring the actual main concern initially highlighted to you in the politest manner possible. You seem to find joy and peace in talking about irrelevant issues like : I do charity, sit outside my store, education, wealth. This really shows your real low standards. Stop giving false threats(come see me at my store) to customers, grow up, and act like a professional or at least an adult. By giving people non-edible food, you are not saving the food wastage, you are just transferring the wastage to someone else. Read this again. You defeat the entire purpose of the TGTG and also their minimum condition: serve edible food.
Update#3: Nav(the Owner), I have been in Edmonton since this Wednesday so Stop Lying... JUST STOP IT WITH THE LIES...I never came to pick up anything... I came once and that was the last time. Clearly you don't want to accept the food safety issues highlighted and rather live with your ego issues....It seems fake forced reviews have really gotten...
Read moreI am so sad, so dissapointed as I am new to this neighbourhood and absolutely love the pizza. I have been going nearly every day for the last 3 weeks and its always been great, great service too. However today i called on the phone to ask what kind of pizza was there was told just veggie, i ask can they make me meat they said i must come and place order. I said no problem and i called back after work to ask if they have pepperoni, a lady answer and say not to call ask what kind of pizza there is, that she won't tell me that the phone is only for orders. I was saddened by the rudeness but i still went in and ordered and after paying, was told by Paul (old lady who answered phone) to step away from another customer while they place their order i was quiet and nowhere near the customer. Felt maybe they don't like latino people like me, was very sad and hurt, asked to speak to owner and was told by Paul that was not possible. Why would i want to come back to a place that treats and embaresses me this way i gave them my business and was never rude or insult and brought friends. Feel bad for the owner being represented by people like this, not...
Read moreOrdered their Large Butter Chicken Pizza and Donair and Pepperoni Pizza by the Slice. The pizza by the slice were huge, far bigger than I expected. All 3 flavours were amazing, very tasty and as an added bonus cheap and quick service (was made fresh to order in just 15 minutes). Highly recommend all 3 flavours and happy to hear that they are all halal!
Update: We recently ordered 3 (halal) large pizzas and their homemade garlic dips. They were all amazing and they even let us do half and half pizzas (both halves have to have same pizza sauce base though). So we ordered one butter chicken, one tandoori chicken and pepperoni (half and half) and one donair and chicken shawarma (half and half). All five flavours were amazing though my top 3 were Butter Chicken, Pepperoni and Donair! The crust is nice and thin and they are very generous with their toppings! The whole family loved the pizzas and will now be our go to...
