Dear restaurant owner, I stopped in a couple of days ago to try your food cause I love Indian food, however, I had to walk out and never got to try your food. When I parked, the smell was delicious and I was starving. When I walked in, It was as if I had walked into a wall of disgust. Dirt all over the walls, the doors and the windows. It screamed untidiness. I peaked in through the doors at the dining area and I was horrified on how an establishment can be allowed to operate under such conditions. In the display, I saw a strand of hair which was the tipping point and I had to leave.
A young lady came to greet me, she seemed nice but I'm sorry to say this, she did not look like she Was maintaining her personal hygiene well, and his goes a long was in presenting what happens in the kitchen.
Neatness, cleanliness and maintaining hygiene of the space is expected in every hospitality establishment. Personal hygiene in restaurants and implementation of hygiene standards and procedures for your staff is the best way to gain the trust of customers (the opposite of what happened here) Each person working with food must maintain a high degree of cleanliness and a tidy external appearance. Personal hygiene in restaurants is extremely important in order to maintain food health standards.
I hope you spend some money in cleaning your establishment, I can bet you that it will go along way and your customer experience will increase.
In conclusion, even though I hate subway, because of their clean standards, I went...

The menu at Sukhi da Dhaba offered an extensive selection of traditional Indian dishes from aromatic curries to sizzling tandoori delights.
The service provided by the staff was exemplary. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely passionate about ensuring a memorable dining experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant until the end of my meal, I felt well taken care of. The staff members were knowledgeable about the menu and were more than happy to provide recommendations based on personal preferences.
The portion sizes were generous, allowing for a truly satisfying meal. Whether you are a fan of vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes, Sukhi da Dhaba has something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed their signature butter chicken, which was a delightful blend of creamy and flavorful goodness. The naan bread was soft and perfectly complemented the curries.
To top it off, the sweets offered at Sukhi da Dhaba were simply awesome. From the rich and creamy kheer to the melt-in-your-mouth gulab jamun, each sweet treat was a perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.
Lastly, the prices at Sukhi da Dhaba were reasonable, considering the quality and authenticity of the food. The value for money was exceptional, making it a go-to spot for indulging in flavorsome Indian cuisine without...
Read moreTo be honest, this restaurant need better customer service and more cleanliness & decor. As a human being we love to have good food & best customer service to get out of our stressful lives for a while. If you agree with me then this is not the place to go.
We (4 people) went this restaurant for lunch. Firstly the dining area was not tidy at all. Windows were dirty and washrooms were in unacceptable condition. Secondly, the serving girl need some training for serving customer. When we asked butter for 'Prantha', she said that they don't have butter. How can a restaurant don't have butter in their inventory. FYI- 'Prantha' is a traditional Indian stuffed bread that is served with butter. Finally, when we requested to have 'Jalebi' (Sweets) the server said they don't serve this on the table, it is only for take out. Restaurant was not busy at all and we were the only people in the restaurant so I don't see any reason to refuse a customer to enjoy food in the restaurant. That was total insane. To Restaurant Manager: Please take my comments positively, I have many options e.g. go to other 100's of restaurant but this is your business so please take care...
