La Piaza Pizza — Restaurant in Callander

I will start by saying I’ve been here MANY many times, it’s always been good. Lately I feel it had not been the same. The last time I was there, my deep fried pickles were not cooked throughly, the pickles were soggy. Moving on to the onion rings, my buddy ordered some, and there was only 7 - 8 onion rings in the bag… that’s pretty disappointing.

My last sub, I ordered an assorted sub, I picked it up, went to the job site and began to eat, they put SO much sub sauce the bread was completely soggy and it was dripping off my sub like crazy.

Don’t get me wrong.. the place is nice, the service is good but I think tweaking these little things and taking more pride in how you cook, or serve/prep the food would make a big difference in how customers feel. I will be back, I will continue to support this buisness, I hope these issues can...

Just went into La Piazza after a long day wanted a nice cone of ice cream and the lady was grumpy and unfriendly. and didn’t scoop my ice cream evenly distributing my different flavours. no smile no eye contact the only time she smirked was when she scooped my ice cream and it was flopping and she said sorry it’s falling. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I couldn’t imagine scooping ice cream and having no joy. another time me and my sister came in and we were super hungry and ordered a couple orders of different things each and the lady was seeming judgmental. This is a different lady for reference .and when we got our food, in my sister‘s chicken Caesar wrap was the chicken was gray and it was nasty and she had to feed it to the seagulls because it wasn’t fit for human consumption. Ordered a large pepperoni, small and wings. After picking it up and getting home there was no pepperoni on the pizza. Just burned cheese. After calling them they said they had a fresh pepperoni to return and exchange it. Upon arriving they said it would be another 13 minutes. They infact did not have a new pizza waiting as they had said. So not only can they not get an order correct, but they lie.........
