My wife and I have given this location multiple attempts to reconcile mediocre experiences we have had on numerous occasions. Mistakes are made on every order we have ever placed, or there is something wrong with the product(s) we receive. We’ve had open dipping sauces, copious amounts of, or lack of toppings (even with specific instructions as my wife is Vegan.) I am a very laid back individual that also works in a store front and I am sorry to leave a bad review but unfortunately I feel it is necessary at this point - I was hoping to leave a good review today but, I can’t as this order has an issue as well ... one of our bottles of pop is not sealed and has clearly already been opened. As nice as the staff here is ( hence 2 stars instead of one) - they need to focus on providing sealed products and following instructions from their customers. Red Swan and Tommy’s will be getting our business from now on. Sorry domino’s - we tried. (Also disappointing because we love dominos pizza)
Edit and response to owner: thank you for offering to further assist but this was this stores 5th chance to reconcile issues - in fact the order from this review was a free pizza because of the last mix up. What is the point of issuing masks to your staff if every single one of them accept one is not wearing them? I counted no less than eight (possibly nine) staff members on this evening and only one gentleman behind the counter was wearing his mask correctly. At least three staff were wearing masks around their ears but pushed down below their chins and everyone was working well within a meter of each other. In fact at one point there were four guys all huddled around the door of the office talking to each other and then handling food going out to customers. Read moreMy partner and I placed an order for delivery and while waiting for our food, I was watching the tracker app and noticed that the driver had stopped at our neighbours house. My partner and I didn't think anything of it as we thought that the driver possibly had multiple deliveries and that they would stop off at our house next. Unfortunately, that never happened and the tracker app updated saying that our order had been delivered. My partner ended up calling the store who contacted the driver confirming that the order had been delivered but yet, we hadn't received it. However, the store was amazing and began remaking our order immediately and the food was great! The store ended up reimbursing our order and the driver was extremely apologetic and delivered it ASAP!
