Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Cambridge

Update - 2024/03/18: Decided to give this place another try while out for a walk with my 3 year old daughter. We ordered 2 slices of pizza; she wanted to eat there (2 tables), but despite nobody else inside and it not appearing busy at all, the tables and even the counter were dirty with pizza sauce and remnants of cheese.

While inside, my daughter wanted to use the washroom, which was open. Unfortunately the soap dispenser on the wall was out of soap and the pump soap dispenser on the counter was missing the top. There was also no toilet paper.

Once home (2 minute walk), the pizza was so cold it was clear that the oven was off; I did see the employee put them in to heat them. The pizza was so disgusting that we threw it out. I called the restaurant to voice my concerns and was told "Sorry about that." with no attempt to rectify the situation (though I'm not sure that anything would have).

Despite living so close, I'll certainly never visit again. What an absolute shame.

They seem incapable of properly estimating times as well. I placed an order recently for 2 pizzas and was told 20 minutes. It took 40+ instead.

Ownership has changed numerous times, but can't seem to get it right. Likely...

Honestly, I was mad disappointed with the food quality. I don't half expect most of these types of pizza joints to do that spectacular of a job and im not that picky usually a pies a pie ... but Its like this was baked in sweat and sadness.... ive never had a pizza this bad it fealt like I was deliberately being punked or messed with.. When I opened the pizza to see my Bacon, ground beef and pepperoni with olives and red onions I didn't expect my pie to smell like literal ARM PIT SWEAT and body odors. The bacon was straight 1 inch thick fat pieces nothing delicious about it I paid 50 bucks for nothing I couldn't eat anything I took 1 bite and threw up cause the smell and taste of the ridiculously rotten smelling meat and onion stench. I wish I didn't waste my money my dog wouldn't even eat it! I hate to leave bad reviews but Seriously who would serve that? Bacon supposed to be thin super crispy delicious mouth watering not this unbelievably nightmare meal! Huge bummer man ! :( they delivered quick ish..... 45 minutes and only 6 minutes from my house but the quality...

I ordered my usual pizza and 3 pops. I repeatedly asked for mountain dew and when he read the order back to me he never said mountain dew and 2 iced teas. So I repeated to him 3 times "and a mountain dew". He said yes mam. They called and said they only had bottles so I said bottles will do. When my order showed up they only sent me one bottle of iced tea. I opened my pizza and they put the wrong topping on my pizza as well. When I called to complain they said that 2 cans of iced tea equal one bottle of pop. And argued with me that what was on my pizza is what I ordered and it was my fault not theirs. At that point I got so angry and started to raise my voice and asked so are you going to fix it and they laughed at me over the phone. And stupid me tipped the damn guy at the door. I feel so disrespected and disgusted on how they treat thier customers. Never ordering from this place again. Honestly I would give them no...
