I’ve lived up the road for 7 years and go to Tims almost daily. This location was the best of the best for about 6 of those years. The last year it’s gone downhill. There used to be a woman who worked the window with short red hair, she was an absolute angel. She knew our order before we ordered. Now when we go to order an americano, depending who is working the machine is always broken. We also get toasted plain bagels almost every morning and they are no longer fresh. My kids can barely chew them and they only butter one side and close the bagel. More often than not, the scanner in the drive-thru is broken. This means you can't redeem points, use 'offers' in the app, or earn points.

Sure, I could park and go in, but that isn't convenient when you have a baby in the car. Also, the times I have gone in, the front counter is rarely staffed as the drive-thru is clearly prioritized over walk-in customers.
