Very Disappointed with the Service – Please Improve Staff Training and Customer Care I’ve been a regular customer at Subway and usually enjoy my meals here. I always ask for extra veggies because I genuinely enjoy a fresh and well-filled sub, and I have never had a problem with paying a little extra for it. But today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged $15, which is higher than usual — and still, the sub lacked the amount of vegetables I asked for. I politely requested to add just a bit more veggies, as I always do, and I even clearly mentioned that I’m happy to pay extra if needed. However, instead of helping me or even acknowledging my request respectfully, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. What’s worse is that the person handling my order seemed to lack even the basic understanding of how to treat a customer. No smile, no politeness, and no willingness to listen. It was clear he didn’t care about customer satisfaction, which was very disappointing — especially from a brand like Subway that usually values freshness and friendliness. I’m not someone who complains often, but I believe in giving honest feedback so things can improve. Subway, please train your staff better — and if this is the manager’s behavior, I strongly suggest you reconsider your management. Customer service is just as important as food quality. We’re paying good money, and it’s not too much to expect good treatment and a little respect. I hope this issue is taken seriously, because regular customers like me are starting to feel unappreciated.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway on March 13 around 8:30 PM. While I was placing my order, the manager on duty suddenly interrupted and was extremely rude to me. He insulted me in front of everyone, making me feel humiliated and disrespected. His behavior was completely unprofessional and even came across as racist, which is unacceptable. To make things worse, this experience completely ruined my day. I was already having a tough time, and this just made it even worse. No customer should ever be treated this way. However, I do want to acknowledge that the 2 of employees who were helping me were very kind and respectful. They did their job well, and I appreciate their professionalism. It’s unfortunate that their manager does not reflect the same standards. Subway needs to take action against such behavior. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.

We went here on Saturday,we had 2 soup in our order as well. The new guy name jagnaish(May be spelled wrong)got me both the soup from inside and heated up in the microwave. I asked him that is this how they serve soup at this location? He said yes ! I thought May be it’s my first time here and it’s how they do it . We came home ,which is just 3 mins drive to home and found both the soup absolutely cold and over filled and dripping everywhere. I understand,he’s new. But there were even workers and contractors coming to buy lunch and they might be away from home and might not be able to heat up the soup as I did. Also very cheap on toppings .

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway location. The manager was unbelievably rude to my friend, and used completely unacceptable language during our visit. We came in expecting a normal meal but instead were treated with blatant disrespect and hostility.

The way the manager spoke to us was unprofessional, offensive, and far beyond any standard of customer service. No one deserves to be talked to like that in any business, let alone in a place that is supposed to be welcoming.

I strongly urge Subway corporate to look into this situation and take appropriate action against this manager’s behavior. It is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the Subway brand. I am extremely disappointed and will be reconsidering whether I will return...
