Papa pizza — Restaurant in Cantley

Terrible service! I ordered pizza there numerous times, and when they first opened in Cantley their pizza was excellent. I normally order 2 pizza's and with delivery its $45. Today, when I ordered our two "large" pizza's (a Quebecoise and a Canadienne), and the pizza crust was "2 inches" wide, and no cheese in the middle of pizzas, and while a large should be 15 inches with maybe 3/4 inch of crust - I maybe got 9 inches of inside diameter of the pizza.

Anyway the bottom line is, they are now skimping on ingredients, and when I called to complain, the owner didn't have time to speak to me because he was too busy, and hung up.

Too bad but now it's back to Gabriel's pizza - at least they aren't ripping off their customers.

Response to the owner: That's where you have it wrong! The other person that was at my home decided to call you for a free pizza, because he felt robbed by the how little amount of toppings you had provided on our pizza.

I wouldn't recommend this pizza place to my worse enemy - the service is just as bad...

Staff act as if you are a burden. The hours reflected online are not accurate to the hours that staff close and open. The majority of staff will not speak English and expect you to speak French. Although it is in Quebec, you should still accommodate. They have made my pizza wrong every time and forgotten key ingredients. When I call to inquire, they will not speak English and push me off the phone. Would give 0 stars if I could. Also expensive for what...

Terrible experience, we ordered take out and when we came to get it they said it shouldn't take long we paid and waited for over 25 minutes and no pizza, when we asked the employees the had no idea what to say just that our pizza wasn't in the oven as they initially had said. So in the end we left after 35 minutes with mo pizza because of their lack or good service. Terrible place I will...
