Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Cantley

The service at this location is incredibly below standard. I have gone there for three years now almost on a daily basis, and I have yet to receive my order as placed (including a mere medium coffee). In addition, the delays are crazy, even if there is only one person or car in front of you. The staff don't really seem to understand the basics of the job, and get visibly frustrated when they mess up the order. They could also use a garbage bin by their drive-thru lane, like all other locations. There seems to be a McDonald's being developed right next to them, so I hope that would incentivize them to get their...

I am from Wakefield and do a detour everyday just to come to this location. The one in Wakefield is SO BAD. They have the ruddest most incompetent employees I've ever seen. But YOUR location has never let me down. I get good service inside and at the drive, it's super fast, there is always a good selection of items, the inside is clean. Overall it looks really well managed. Good job.

Chaque fois que je demande un/des bagels dans ma commande, je demande toujours beurre et fromage à la crème... et je rajoutes toujours un commentaire qu’il soit bien beurré car sinon la plupart des TH vont légèrement toucher ton bagel avec du beurre.

Je viens tout juste d’aller chercher une commande de 2 breuvages et 2 bagels bien beurré.

Bin *#+%+%£#, il n’y a même pas de beurre sur les bagels.

Je comprends que le métier fast food est de servir le client le plus vite possible, mais j’aimerais attendre 1min de plus et avoir ma commande tel que demandé.

Sérieusement, pourquoi me déplacer quand je peux me faire mes toasts à la maison à mon goût. Il n’y a pas eu une fois ou le Tim Horton de Cantley m’a servit mes bagels de façon tel que demandé!

Je fais mes erreurs, je prends toujours la commande sans la vérifier avant d’arriver à la maison.

Ps; mes commandes sont fait à l’auto.
