It has all the makings of a lovely brunch spot but something is just off. We entered on a busy Sunday and immediately did not understand the layout. It is unclear whether you seat yourself, wait for a server or advance to the cash lines. There is no signage and no table numbers. Once we finally determined that we needed to order at the counter, we waited over 45mins just to order, had people cutting in line to order to-go items and were served beautiful lattes on a cafeteria trays that we had to walk upstairs with. The staff seemed sweet but overrun. The food looked delicious but took over an hour and a half to be served. By then, my latte was cold and while one other table was offered water, we never were. You also have to bus your own dishes, but again, there is no sign. With cloth napkins and cafeteria trays, this place is confused on its identity. I will not recommend or return unless major changes happen. Why not do a downstairs café and upstairs...

The gentleman was SOOO KIND and took the time to chat with us and let my company talk french with him. Such lovely service, and I will continue to bring my international students here every year.....waaaaayyy better service than what we received from a fast food place down the road right before visiting...
