Used to think this was a very good Tim’s, but the last 5 times I have went for my drink I get they charge me for my drink and I don’t even get what I asked for, than I have to take a sip of it in the drive through before I leave to make sure it’s right, and when I give it back to them since it is not right they like get very rude, because they can’t do their jobs and make a drink on their menu but charge me more for something they couldn’t make. Was here a month and a few days ago. Waited 10 minutes for steep tea to be told the machine was broken and because I had waited the next time it would be free. Went back 2 weeks later and it was still broken or just broke again. So I went in today and it will be the last time I make a stop here. The east Indian girl wouldn't honor what her co worker had told me and charged me for the tea. I had explained the situation to 2 of them with non of them understanding what I had explained to them. Poor customer service....
