i’ve been coming to to this location for a while now, and couple things i’ve noticed since coming here have been that, the night shift service has greatly decreased while the day shifts seem to remain quite good. however a few weeks back i came through the drive thru and the person taking my order was barley understandable, practically mumbling. than at the window they pretty much shoved the debit machine into my car hitting my door and didn’t even greet me or say goodbye. than i looked into my bag of donuts (vanilla dip, chocolate glazed, honey cruller) and noticed a long thick black hair wrapped around the outside of the honey cruller. i took it back to try and get a replacement but than i physically watched them pull the hair off of the donut and hand me back the same bag with the same donuts. although disgusted and disappointed i took the donuts and said goodbye. some of the employees seriously need to review health and safety protocols. my food i received was excellent though, having one of the best turkey bacon clubs i've had from the franchise. the wedges seems to be skipped out on, while only getting around 9 wedges in the whole cup. other than being ignored and the hair only donut the place...
Read moreMy love for coffee extends far back to when I was just a kid and would sneak a sip of my mom’s here and there. I actually love the aroma of coffee so much that I even have coffee-scented candles. They’re heavenly, but they’re nothing quite like the scent of a freshly brewed...
Read moreI find most of the staff unfriendly and rude but there are a few friendly employees. I usually go thru drive thru as they pay more attention to that instead of the people in store. The younger employees or afternoon shift often just talk to each other and not pay attention to what they are doing or the customer. They mess up my orders a lot. Sometimes I have them fix it and sometimes I just forget it as I seem to get "attitude" by some of the employees. A lot of the time they don't tell me the total after scanning my Tim's card and having the offers applied, they just thrust the debit machine at me. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have...
