Absolutely disgusted at the customer service from the manager. After saying my order would be ready in 10 minutes they realized they made the wrong size (smaller). So they offered to refund me the difference or make a new one. I am feeding a few people so I wait. I offer to purchase the mistake, at a discounted price and they outright refused. Couldn’t even be bothered to give a free pop... a dip... nothing as a goodwill gesture for my inconvenience.
When speaking with the owner and explained my issue with the lack of customer appreciation... she was disrespectful and condescending when she quite rudely said she would keep it in the back of her mind....

Personally won’t be back. Called in an order said 15-20 minutes on the phone, show up and they didn’t even have the order right, they didn’t have it under the right name, and when they did find the right name they still had it wrong. After paying they said it’d be a little and I asked how long are you thinking because it’s been almost 30 minutes, she said 15 minutes which means they haven’t even started my order. So we waited in the parking lot for an extra 15 minute. Whoever the manager/boss is maybe needs to be in at night time or help assist them with the proper way to deal with a pick up order. Never go there! We found a big bug on the Cesar salad of our takeout order. This is the worst and most disgusting dining experience we’ve ever had! When we went back to complain about it, the manager wasn’t there but the staff said their manager would contact us to apologize. Guess what, the manager NEVER contacted us! We emailed this complaint to their headquarters a number of times, but again No REPLY. They Have SERIOUS HYGIENIC PROBLEM and THEY DO NOT CARE CUSTOMERS.
