The best hot Bagels and Egg with thin bacon can be found at this amazing place! I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste and freshness of the food. The combination of the warm bagels, perfectly cooked eggs, and thin crispy bacon was simply delightful. Unlike other tea places, the tea I got here was steaming hot and freshly brewed, making it a perfect complement to my meal.
The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and answered all of my questions with genuine kindness and patience. It's always a pleasure to be served by such attentive and caring staff.
One thing I highly recommend trying is their maple syrup. It's an absolute treat! The flavor is so rich and tasty, and the aroma is just heavenly. Adding it to my bagels and eggs elevated the whole experience to a whole new level of deliciousness.
Overall, my visit to this place was fantastic, thanks to the mouthwatering food, hot and fresh tea, and the excellent service provided by the friendly staff. I will definitely be returning to enjoy their delightful breakfast options and warm hospitality. If you're looking for a place with delicious food, great tea, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the...
Read moreIt’s a busy little place, with lots of tourist traffic. Went for a large latte and blueberry scone. It was $12, on the high side. The blueberry scone was a tiny, gummy puck. Nothing flaky at all - the corners were actually chewy. Dense, not what you want from a scone. Neither the cashier nor barista nor cook in the back (though she kept an eye on the front) ever smiled or made any gesture of welcome. The barista said “Medium latte” and set it on the counter. I said I had ordered a large and the cashier jumped in and pointed to the menu and said, “That’s the largest - 16 oz”. Which is fine but I’m just saying I ordered large, you said this was medium. The chairs outside were nice and I appreciated the large stone barriers as it clearly gets a lot of vehicle traffic. Maybe it’s friendlier to regulars, maybe I hit them on a...
Read moreBought a smoothie. Found it over the top sweet, more like ground up children’s candy. Three sips is all I could do! Asked for an exchange for a boring cup of tea. Answer… no! What would a tea have cost them, really? After we spent $8… This is the result of low competition! 🤣
Edit: On your suggestion that your business wouldn’t survive the cost of making customers like us happy. We did not ask for a refund, or to make another flavour, just a cup of tea.
The following is the cost to make a cup of tea, being generous:
Tea bag: 10 cents (240 tea bags on Amazon is $24 with free delivery!) Hot water: 5 cents? Splash of milk: 10 cents
Total cost to make us happy: 25 cents
Yeah, that would really endanger your business!
Torching customers is also not great for...
