McDonald's — Restaurant in Châteauguay

I ordered in FRENCH, and I told the cashier a minimum of 3 times what the order was, and he said yes with a nod. The order was STILL wrong! He added 2 extra McCrispys (we asked for 2 Junior chickens which was also charged). I asked for extra ranch on all the wraps and he only added it to one. I asked for the new Bacon Parmesan quarter pounder and they gave us a VERY dry normal quarter pounder with NO cheese?!?! That's very far off from what was asked, in my opinion.

In conclusion, we were overcharged, given the wrong food and weren't listened...

De plus, le service était particulièrement lent ce jour-là, et j'ai dû attendre bien plus longtemps que d'habitude pour recevoir ma commande. Quand j'ai essayé de signaler le problème, le personnel semblait désintéressé et peu réceptif à mes préoccupations. Cela m'a laissé un goût amer, et j'ai eu l'impression que ma satisfaction en tant que client n'était pas une priorité. J'espère vraiment qu'ils vont prendre ces retours au sérieux et améliorer leur service, car pour l'instant, je suis loin d'être satisfait et je me demande si...
