This is a location I go to all the time and the first experience that really bothered me. I had to wait almost a half hour in the drive through / in a parking space and then inside for 2 coffees. After waiting a while, my wife and I went inside and told them that we have been waiting a while for 2 coffees in the drive though. Then after that, said that they were short staffed. I get that but everyone behind us received their coffees. She responded with "if you want a free coffee, I'll give you a free coffee." I said that we just want the coffees we paid for and shouldn't have to wait this long while others after us get theirs.
She walked off, telling the other staff that she needs a minute. So I waited, and finally she came back and asked me what my order was again.
Third time, she comes back and asks if I got my coffee. I didn't. Look, I get being short staffed can be frustrating sometimes but when you are ignoring and not giving me what I ordered, I think it's a bit ridiculous.
I know it was busy, because I overheard a staff member saying that one car was int he drove through for "949 seconds."
I don't know the manager's name, but she was working today at 8:45 am. No apology, staff ignoring me and being quite rude. For two coffees. I, and the others waiting were quite respectful but somehow the staff and especially the manager forgot just being decent people. Three different employees came out and did not know why they dont have it and when I challenged them about why is the advertisement is up even though they dont have the product none of them were able to respond. Le pire c’est quond est pris au piège. Aussitôt tu rentre pour le service au volant tu est pris car ils ont les bordures de beton pour t’enfuir…. T’enfuir de quoi et pourquoi ils ont c’est bordure m’échappe encore.
Ont est meme pas rendu pour commender les bordures sont deja la. Je peux comprendre que sa empêche les épais de s’incruster pendant je commande et qu’il parte avec ma commande. Mais meme encore la le gars va falloir quil paye ma commande. Donc sa sert a quoi a part retenir les clients.
