Woooow! Just wow! Horrible service. The whole circus started this morning when my poor father went to treat the family to breakfast, was over charged, given the wrong order, and then denied his proof of purchase. I couldn't believe that the service offered was subpar where I frequent as a regular as it is conveniently right around the corner from me. Now, curiosity got the better of me, as I was almost certain it may have all just been an honest misunderstanding. So, I headed over for my usual XL 1S, and was shocked by shift 3's lack of professionalism, and customer service. A short and stout, blonde haired, female sandwich prep staffer rudely, and bluntly exclaimed to a senior customer being served at the register to my right, "I don't care if you post about the service online, you can post my name even and I won't care". That comment alone put me off, and then it was my misfortune to be the next poor unfortunate soul in line. Now, usually I am quite patient with cashiers in training, as I can sympathize having been one myself at a point in time. However, when a customer is adressing you in French first, then in English and the oder is not being acknowledged. Then all you have to offer in response is a deadpan expression like a deer in the headlights followed by cut eye...not acceptable, period. Then I requested my receipt, and it was crumpled up in front of my face, so I had to exercise my legal right to demand it. I tend to have quite a bit of patience, but in this instance I've lost my patience for bottom of the barrel customer service from a bunch of self entitled millenial degenerates whom should be ashamed of themselves, and have indefinitely lost...

I’m writing to express how incredibly disappointed I am with the continued poor service I’ve received from Tim Hortons. This isn’t the first time — I previously filed a complaint about finding eggshells in multiple wraps I ordered. That was already unacceptable.
Now, something as simple as ordering two iced coffees with no sugar has somehow turned into another frustrating experience. Not only did both drinks come loaded with extra sugar, but I was also nearly charged for two iced cappuccinos instead. When I pointed this out, I wasn’t even offered a proper refund for the difference — just excuses.took me over 15 mins to receive my reimbursement
This kind of repeated incompetence is beyond frustrating. It’s basic quality control — food should be safe, and orders should be correct. If your staff can’t manage that, it’s a serious problem.
I genuinely hope this message prompts someone at Tim Hortons to take accountability and address these ongoing issues — not just with my orders, but clearly within your training and service standards as a whole.
At this point, I expect a formal response and an appropriate resolution. You need to do...
Read moreI come here often and I am sympathetic to errors but today’s experience was definetly to remember. As usual the drive thru is long but I was able to place my order with ease. I get to the window and the order the employee handed me was completely wrong. I informed them that I ordered a bol and not a wrap. She informed me that I ordered a wrap…. I think I would know my order. Then she handed me a muffin and I told her that I did not order a muffin but I asked for a diet coke. She kept trying to hand me the muffin but I told her that this is not my diet coke. Muffin vs diet coke!!????
I agreed to take the wrap to just get out of there….. and she finally understood that I ordered a diet coke and NOT a muffin.
I am very patient and understanding but this experience may have tainted my wish to continue to go this tims hortons. At least try to get the orders right if we have to wait so long!
I got home and the wrap was not even close to the...
