It seems everytime I visit this location, my order is incorrect or something is missing. I am a person who orders menu item without special instructions so basic menu items I am receiving are wrong. I've had to go to the counter for items missing in bowls and wraps. For example no bacon in the Bacon Farmers Wrap. Another time I ordered egg bites and was told they were sold out, but my friend who ordered after me had no issues getting them. The restaurant is dirty. Finger prints on glass at the counter and every table is gross. The floor is disgusting and I would not use the washroom if I were you. At the drive-thru, I am consistantly met with a lack of customer service. Not a thank you, here's your order, no eye contact...it's rude. The worst part though are the counter Point Of Sale LED scanner lights!!! Management should be aware these damage eye retinas when shown directly in the customers' eyes, which is how they are aimed...directly at the customer.
