We were 6 in our group. 2 ordered the fish and chips on the table d'hôte that came with a soup. 1 ordered a pizza, 1 ordered the chicken and 1 ordered hot dogs and fries. The fish had a weird spice that no one liked but the soup was good. The chicken was dry and the pizza tasted like it came frozen. The hot dogs were ok and the fries were really good and home made. The staff was really nice and the place was clean so it gets stars for that. It's conveniently located on the main highway in Chertsey and with its red roof, located between a gas station and a Provigo, you can't miss it. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and they provide you with a ringing/buzzing pager after you order so you can find your table while they get your food ready.

Read moreAs far as fast food goes, it's nothing out of the ordinary. Overpriced, most probably to pay for the location which has a park, nice for the kids. What caught my attention was that the doors that lead to the terrasse are locked, these are identified as emergency doors as well. You have to walk out through the front of the restaurant, where the kitchen happens to be. In short, if there's a fire in the kitchen, noone can leave through the front, everyone in the dining room burns. Very unsafe and clients shouldn't have to be the ones teaching owners about safety.
