Robins Donuts Chéticamp — Restaurant in Cheticamp

Went here Sunday July 18th 2021 about 10:30am. Person on drive thru speaker was incoherent and kept cutting me off as I was asking questions. I asked to have someone else on the Mic and they were upset and told me to come inside. Since there was a lineup of 20+ inside I refused this and finally someone else came on the Mic and took our order properly. When I arrived at the window I basically had everything aggressively tossed at me. Horrible experience at the Drive Thru. Thinking if you are going to have someone take orders maybe they should be speaking more clearly and be trained to not cut people off mid order. Robins Cheticamp was the worst possible coffee experience ever. The « capuccinos » tasted like instant diabeties and caramel but not like coffee, a bit of a shame for a coffee order. They did not have the gluten free items advertised on the menu. The coffee was at such boiling heat it has injured my friend. The local customers were despisable and unwelcoming even though one could think their drinks would make them sweet. If you read this, please save your self some time and money and abstain from the urge of going to Robins.

Service in store was horrible, they prioritized drive through over in store customers so we had to wait in line until they got their drive through caught up.

Once we did finally order the clerk informed us they had no mayo for the sandwich I ordered. They then informed us they had no chili which is all my partner had ordered.

Half of our order was wrong when we got it, and we had to go back to the counter a couple times to collect my kid's smoothie, saw it sitting on the counter and we kept getting told it wasn't ready yet.
