I was just in this establishment. I requested a lettuce wrapped burger, the staff making my burger had her hands all over the handles of the fry baskets and the condiment spoons. She then proceeded to put my lettuce on the counter and put the sauce on it… She then opened the freezer pulled out frozen meat patties with her bare hands threw them on the grill and continued not only touching my food but the food of others and did not wash her hands 🤮 I immediately asked for a refund. The manager came out from the back and wasn’t even going to ask why I was requesting a refund. I conveyed that she was the lead and therefore required to ensure the staff were adequately trained and following through on safe food handling practices. I live quite close and I often stop there for a meal. The generous portion of fries does require four packets of ketchup to fully enjoy. Often and almost every time I receive none or two perhaps one. When I ask for ketchup and it appears on the order board I find when I don't receive the request amount they don't include a customer copy of the receipt. When I ask if the ketchup is in the bag the response is the standard yes. Im sure the egg white should be white this was green or a darker color. Not sure if they are cleaning the trays they sit on.i usually go there for breakfast every morning , quality of the food has gone down I ordered English sausage and egg and I got the bread that was really hard like stale the meat that was dry and the egg look like rubber.
