After visiting the Abbotsford Tulip Festival with my teenage daughter, we went to this pub for lunch. It was around noon. As soon as we sat down at the table, we were immediately asked whether my daughter was over 19 years old. We clearly explained that we were only there to have lunch. However, a female server, around 40 years old, told us that if my daughter was not over 19, we would not be allowed to order food at all.
If this was because we are Asian, then the management and customers of this restaurant should feel deeply ashamed. We have never encountered such treatment at any pub during lunchtime before. You should never treat people differently because of the color of their skin. This is completely...

I highly doubt theres a burger joint anywhere within the lower mainland that offers a hand made burger patty. Seems as though they all come from one single factory. Tiny and thin patties.

Read moreI dropped in on a Sunday afternoon, thinking I would treat myself to a brunch. It was a monsoon of cold wind and spring rain blowing outside. I was met and served promptly and with friendly staff who were attentive throughout my lengthy stay. I had steak and prawns and top marks for food quality and portions with gr8 value. The parking lot was filled with big trucks the deemed holy grail of transport and the occupants surpassed their role as if it was a movie set. Live music fri and sat..
