Iā€™ve always enjoyed ordering from Panago because they offer dairy-free cheese and dips, and the quality of the ingredients has usually been fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, my experience on Friday, January 17th, 2025, was quite disappointing. The ingredients seemed subpar, with jalapenos that appeared to be mostly discarded pieces, corn that was hard and dry, and very little cheese on the pizza. I had made the trip to Cold Lake specifically for this pizza, and it was a real letdown when I got home to find the pizza didnā€™t meet the usual standard. I rarely treat myself to pizza, and this was a major disappointment, especially given the $25 I spent for only two slices. While the staff were friendly, the overall quality of the meal didnā€™t justify the time, money, or effort. Iā€™m sad to say I wouldnā€™t recommend this location based on my recent experience.

Walked in just before 6 pm on a Saturday and ordered a pizza and some wings the. I was told it would be 15 -20 minutes food was ready in 16 minutes it was hot and fresh. When I walked in I was greeted by a staff member right away and had my order taken promptly I was dealing with someone who seemed new but still had no delay ordering I ordered the chicken club and the taste of it was nice I personally like Panago's cream sauce and think it pairs well with the pizza I did have one slice that seemed it may have been a bit under done bit the rest of it was great. The chicken wings I got spicy and the heat was nice and the were moist I would get both again no problem. I would recommend this place

This is our favourite place to eat vegetarian pizza. Dough is always fresh that we even eat the sides of the pizza. Price is on the higher side but their ingredients are unique like the coconut curry. Cashier are always friendly and pizza is ready on time.

Was not able to order online because the website wonā€™t accept this address (Route 28 & Highway 897) wich is a Marriot hotel location! I tried the app same problem and you must enter an address number then the system will recognize your location which i think itā€™s outdated so i had to order from Dominos and had no issue entering the Marriot address to complete my order... you guys need to check your platform and make it user friendly if you want to compete with...
