My recent visit to Taco Time was an absolute delight, and I can confidently say it's a fast-food experience that truly stands out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an atmosphere that was genuinely fun and inviting. The decor was a feast for the eyes, bursting with vibrant colours and playful elements that made the whole dining experience feel like a mini-celebration. It wasn't just a place to eat; it was a place to enjoy being, with little details everywhere that made me smile. But of course, the real star of the show was the food, and Taco Time did not disappoint. Every item I ordered tasted incredibly fresh. You know how some fast-food places can feel a bit pre-made? Not here. The ingredients tasted crisp, the vegetables vibrant, and the meat perfectly cooked. It's clear they prioritize quality, and it shines through in every bite. Whether it was the perfectly seasoned ground beef, the crisp lettuce, or the tangy salsa, everything felt like it had just been prepared. To top it all off, the customer service was genuinely nice. The staff were friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. They were quick to take my order, the food came out promptly, and there was a warmth to their interactions that made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, Taco Time offers a fantastic combination of delicious, fresh food, a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, and excellent customer service. It's a place where you can grab a quick bite without compromising on quality or enjoyment. I'm already looking forward to...
Read moreRecommend you utilize the drive thru if you visit this location during lunchtime.
Staff at the front counter were far too distracted with other customers to even promot me or the man ahead of me to take our orders.
Guess the cashiers distraction worked out in my favor?? Got two large burritos (from order ahead of me) instead of my two regular ones. Discovered this 5 min after I left, after waiting 20 min for 2 burritos I wasn't going back to inform them. Feel bad for the guy ahead of me who probably got the small ones instead.
Wouldn't normally post a negative review like this, because kids will be kids, I get it, things happen, move on, but it was obvious she was flirting with a friend who happened to arrive prior to me. While I was waiting 10 min to have my order taken and then another 10 to get my food (only 4 orders ahead of me... this was ridiculous, but I was able to overlook it as I said before). What prompted this negative review was she then proceeded to curse infront of young children, let her friend in street clothes behind the counter to "help her" fix something on the till and flat out ignored anyone else who came for service.
Gave the location another shot because I was in the area last week and damn, best hot sauce in town. Service through the drive thru was prompt and...
Read moreI've visited several times over the last few months, all at different times of the day (noon, midday, and supper). Employees are never in a hurry to do anything, and service is always slow. This time, I waited between 10-15 minutes at the order desk without being acknowledged vocally, even though the two employees both made eye contact with me. There were two employees at dinner time and one decided to have a break while the other was clearly way out of her depth. She asked the other employee to come off and help; this one dragged her feet to come up, walking past me again with no acknowledgment, and then just went into the back for several more minutes. The couple behind me in line left at this point. When one of them finally came to take my order, nothing was said about any delay, and no apologies. Certainly understaffed...
