people are not trained. They don even know the promotions and specials or what you sell. I came at 12:45 for a combo which is advertised on the screen in front of the cashier. It was a "Fall treats" of a pumpking spicy capuccino and an apple fritter for $4.99 and they 5.58 plus tax. When I mentioned the special and I even showed it they just said that they "don't know how to do it". Btw: the apple friter was dry and bad compared to other Robins. Coffee was ok though

Robin's coffee is my absolute favourite. Their Robin's special sandwich is the best. Of course no trip to Robin's is complete without one of their delicious donut treats. Also don't forget to take home a couple of their raisin buns or cheese biscuits. Robin's also serve an excellent...
