Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Clarenville

Tims Horton never honor their point system. What's the point of collecting reward when you can't even use it when you order. Came in today trying to use my points to redeem a drink, and the staff won't accept it. The reason they gave was because the card was used to place my mobile order in the last 30 minutes, I can't claim the drink. I call it BS... If only there's any Starbucks in Clarenville, Tims would never survive. Not worth spending money there where they don't honor anything

Update: this Tim is definitely one of the slowest one in history. There was no one inside, only 3 cars ahead of me and each car took like 10 minutes to finish the order. The worst part is, when it's each car's turn, they still have to wait for 5 minutes for the drive through staff to take the order. When it's my turn, the lady confirmed my mobile order. Then when I reached the window, she didn't even remember what she just confirmed with me. She handed me one drink, then stared at me and ask rudely what else do I want... Like wth lady, you just took my order like 1 minute ago. The store manager should really replace everyone in there. They don't work...

I been to them all I'm sure lol. There's.limited menus that I dp t like but do understand I. Esso stores. All others usually have a choice but I pulled into one the other day unable to eat much and there was no chicken left ...no sandwiches no bowls...basically nothing only tea coffee& donuts, no soup either! Kenmount rd near hotels. But usually have great experiences at Tims... they're in my apps ;) I had an amazing young lady who was a manager in clarenville that was so super!! And an older lady there acrossfrom the hospital. She's awesome and fast! Also an older lady in the Whitbourne location- super friendly, efficient...

Went there for breakfast, I did not get the breakfast sandwich I requested, I asked for my coffee in a China mug...I got it in a paper cup, when I told the young lady I wanted it in a mug...she poured it into a mug and handed it to me totally full, in an overflowing condition and walked away while the coffee spilled all over the counter, not in the least concerned about the mess she left behind...I cleaned the counter myself and sipped enough coffee out of the mug to carry it to my table, totally disgusted with the service, not the usual excellent service I've come to expect from a Tim Horton's...
