So I went in with my friend and this was not a good time, my friend works at a different Tim Hortons and she was not impressed with them at all. 1. They took forever thankfully the manager I believe noticed and got people on top of our order (which was 2 drinks and a bagle) 2. They messed up our orders immensely they seemed under trained and slow didnāt seem they really cared, my friend had to manually put in her creamer as they didnāt add it to what she asked for and essentially made her own. 3. The one worker really seemed clueless and made my large ice coffee a small icecap? Idk how that gets mixed up and I asked for extra caramel and cane syrup and Iām not sure if I got any⦠I looked under my ice coffee because it tasted different and I had coffee grounds in my drink.. not pleasant at all and it was actually a lot in it (maybe clean ur tanks?) I asked the girl at the window to fix it, but she handed me the same drink after just a few seconds, saying it was fixed ā which didnāt seem honest or helpful.
Most of the time, the bagels I get from this location are hard and cold, as if they were made a long time ago. Today, I went in the morning and found out the staff member at the window was named Shellwin. I didnāt appreciate her attitude ā it felt dismissive and unprofessional.
On another visit, she served me a turkey bacon club that was poorly made: the bun was cold, there was barely any sauce, and it was missing tomatoes completely.

Coming back to my rating...I assume this is newly opened branch and things are yet to be in order. But knowing Tim Hortons and their capabilities, any new facilities should be equipped with proper resources.
I have no complaints against any stuff members but I must say they are not up to it! The person who took my order (in store), lacks energy SEVERLY. I saw someone correcting him not properly following the procedure for making a coffee. Another lady came in after me, who asked for FOOD, the person went back to check the stock and finishe the payments. After a while they came back and said they can deliver half of the order!!
New store and may be crew members are not fully up to the speed. I know they will get better with time. But these issues can be looked...
