I go here regularly & I’m always disappointed… I’m the fool who keeps returning but here is what I have encountered.
90% of the time I will order two drinks for myself (not including the drinks for the rest of my family) I will get an L Or Xlarge French vanilla and Xlarge tea… Now Xlarge teas come with two bags.. well one time the employee gave me my tea with one bag and when I stated that it’s suppose to come with two bags she said that their location had a different policy and if I wanted a second bag I had to pay for it ..she totally made this up because I always get two bags at this location.
Another time I got both my tea and French vanilla and the cups were boiling hot couldn’t even touch the cups and I ask for a sleeve/collar and the employee stated it was 10 cents for each sleeve and refused to give me anything.
THIS IS EVERY EVERY TIME!!!!!! I always order a bagel and Tim Bits … I ask for my bagel double toasted and cream cheese on the side. every time they give me cream cheese it’s half of what every other locations give me but here’s the kicker at this location I always have food particles in the cream cheese. I’m having to pick out crumbs, some green things (can’t tell if it’s lettuce) sometimes there is this yellow red color sauce. It’s absolutely disgusting that I’m ordering food and I’m having to pick out food from cream cheese, their sanitary protocol is completely none existent. the manager is clearly not caring about the hygiene of her staff and food stations.
The window people are always rude and short and as though they hate you for having to work at Tim hortons.
They have a hard time keeping up with quality my husbands double double is always different and tastes bad but he doesn’t complain.
Another time I ordered a bagel, like I stated I order my cream cheese on the side. so they give it to me with no napkin or wooden knife. so I was like “I’m sorry but I don’t have a knife” and the girl is like “okay” and I said “can I have one please?” And she goes “why?” .. I said “what do you want to spread the cream cheese with me hands?” then she calls the other girls to the window and they start speaking in Punjabi I think and going off at the window, one points at me and laughs. Now im angry but still containing myself and she passes me the knife with a mocking smile.” But lastly tonight I go in to order a French vanilla, and it’s watery and gross. so I send my husband back in to have it remade. he comes back and it’s even worse, so I go back in to ask for a refund. I don’t mind if their machine is not pumping out the right amount of FV powder to water ratio and instead of asking them to make it again when clearly the machine isn’t making the drink right, a refund sounded just fair. well as the one nice girl is about to issue my refund comes this nasty rude belligerent girl and takes the drink from me and opens the lid and starts dumping it in the sink and begins to raise her voice to me “no water no water… no refund, this perfect. Look look no water ..” and I was like “what can you taste a drink by looking at it.. I order 4 French vanillas a day I know what it’s suppose to taste like” she starts dumping more in the sink like an angry mad woman and raising her voice even further now everyone inside is looking at me and she’s “no it’s perfect no water no no no” then manager comes out and says “just refund it” didn’t correct her employee who is being completely insolent & still waving the almost empty cup around not wanting to remake or refund me (yes she threw the cup out and didn’t want to remake or refund) so I told her loudly “you’re absolutely unprofessional” and the manager looks at me like if i was rude for saying that to the employee who just berated me in front of everyone when she couldn’t even do her job! I got my refund but I’m telling you this location as no respect for their customers and the employees act entitled. I always stopped here but this is the last time!!!! Read moreI used to go to this location every morning prior to work with my husband for breakfast and we have since s changed locations. I just want to say that there are so many issues with this location: 1: Staff is not friendly. 2: My bacon was out of the fridge cold - store owner told me that they are no longer required to have it cooked/in amber containers being warmed and that they grill it instead; however my bacon still had cold grease and gave me a stomach ache. I was told to complain to head office if I wanted something to be done about it. 3: Every day something was wrong with my order, whether it be the food or drinks, so we started simplifying our orders so maybe they’d be accurate, again not the case. One time my bacon breakfast sandwich had no bacon. Another time my breakfast wrap had no cheese. It’s one mistake after another. When I went in to use their washroom it was filthy, so filthy that squatting didn’t even seem fitting. So far our new location is 10/10 and that’s reason enough to never go back...
Read moreI don’t know what the franchisee is doing with this location, but it doesn’t look like they’re around or maybe they just don’t care.
First, you wouldn’t know that it’s closed because all the lights are on and the drive through menu is lit up as if they’ll take your order any second. An automated recording plays with no indication that the store is closed. This happened on two separate occasions a couple months apart so it’s obviously an ongoing thing.
Second, their automated recording is in a very heavy accent, barely understandable, and makes me feel like I’m in Asia and not in beautiful Collingwood.
Third, the one time we went inside to order Timbits, the woman serving us had a box of them ready to go and was trying to convince us that’s the way it works. I wasn’t having it and insisted on choosing our own Timbits but that experience left a very negative impression.
