My experience was definitely not the ideal customer service that you would expect. My friend and I were in line to order. She ordered first, and then I did. She got her food and began to eat while I waited for my turn. The employee took my order and began to make it when another person walked in. They ordered three pizza subs, and then the employee completely stopped making my wrap and began to make the subs. Obviously, I wasn't mad at this since that normally happens at Subway, but this time, the employee placed my wrap in the grill and continued to make the persons subs. About 5 minutes go by, and they still didn't take my wrap out of the grill. I started to get worried about it and looked to my friend, she said to mention the wrap. I mentioned the wrap, and they employee disregarded me and continued on the subs. The person pointed out to serve me first since I was first before him, but the employee disregarded him as well. She was also on a call with someone during this whole time. My wrap continued to burn. It took the person having to stop the employee from taking my wrap out of the grill, and by the time it was out, it was burnt. They remade me a new wrap and gave it to me for free for the inconvenience. By the time this whole ordeal was done, my friend had finished her entire sub. It was super surprising as I have never had service like this before at subway and it was definitely something.

Read moreThe food was especially good. The woman who was working was very little polite and kind. She happened to also have some difficult customers while I was there and she was very patient and professional with them. She didn't argue with them but just did as they asked, even though they were not being very nice or reasonable to her. She was very polite with me and never seemed upset about any of it. I would have been. My sandwich and service made my day.
Update! This is still my favourite Subway anyplace. The staff are amazing, the food is great, and I keep coming back. My wife doesn't usually like Subway but likes it from here now, ha ha. So she'll only have Subway from this location. Thanks to all the staff.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and when I show a SUBWAY coupon on my phone to the cashier it’s always a song and dance, first I came in with a digital coupon that was literally from subway and someone said the coupon had to be from the actual subway app, fair enough, I go back to this same location now with the subway app and the same coupon that was first shown, now another person is saying I need the physical paper coupon for it to apply or they will “get in trouble by the manager” ?????? If you don’t accept coupons and want customers to pay full price just say that??? I’m just frustrated with the inconsistency with this specific location, the Subway near Bulk Barn, no issues...
