Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Colwood

I have order from here three times, the first time we ordered the pizza came under cooked, doughie called the customer services person helped me out and they sent a pizza right away it was cooked hot and it was AMAZING would have been every better if it was done properly the first time but I'll take it the second time we ordered it was cooked less toppings but came cold. It was so good though so what was the point of "complaining" I just put it in the oven to warm it up.. then tonight I ordered the SUPER PANZEROTT and I don't even know where to start with the disappointment. First it came cold, I opened up the item and first disappointment that it was even then slightest warm inside it was still Cold. Cheese was a little bit melted but barely there was barely ANY sauce inside, the peppers weren't even cooked, pepperoni wasn't even the slightest cooked the mushrooms looked like it was previously cooked but not fully cooked and if I shoved everything to onside it wouldn't even dill 1/4 of the panzerott which was very disappointed. I called the customer services line and told them my concerns and that a new one will be sent right away. Then the actual store called me and stated that there is NO way that it wasn't cooked as it gets thrown into a 400F air fryer and I stated anything can get thrown into a fried doesn't mean that the inside is fully cooked, did you guys temp the inside? Well no but there is no way that it wasn't cooked inside. In the end the lady at the store hung up the phone. I called back the customer service line and I have been waiting for my replacement for over and hour and half and still haven't received anything.. very disappointed in the service at the store front customer service has been very helpful! But when ordering just be prepared that there isn't a lot of topping...

Ordered online at 12:07 on their website because it said that the store was open until 1. When I arrived at 12:27 the store was closed and security told me that they closed at 12 even though the sign clearly said 1 am. The payment however still went through as it seems their system auto accepted the order so I went back the next day to see if I could still get my food. They explained to me that they're only open until 12 currently as they're just getting started up, which is understandable and offered to make me the sandwich then. I accept and after waiting 25 minutes for my chicken sandwich and wedges I walked home to find that my sandwich is missing half of the ingredients and is completely barebones. How did this take 25 minutes? I understand that it might be hard getting a new place running but I am very disappointed in how it's being handled and wouldn't recommend anyone order anything but pizza from here until they're more properly established. (edit): I saw the reply they left and this has solidified the fact that I will NEVER be going back to pizza pizza. Not even an apology and they have the audacity to try and shift the blame on me. Terrible pizza...

Wish I would've read reviews before ordering. Would've gone somewhere else. But suppose I was optimistically trying to find a good pizza place. When my benchmark is Dominos, how can it possibly not only go up from there? But... Unfortunately, it went down. Ugh I Uber Eats ordered a large $20 pepperoni + $3 feta + $3 pineapple. But then I don't get any pepperoni at all and hardly get any feta whatsoever, and then transparent levels of base cheese, it's disappointing. My barely there pizza tasted like dough! If I'm paying $20 for a pizza as a zero topping base pizza, could they perhaps make their money there? Unfortunately no. Have to skimp on expensive extras, skimp on the cheese, zero zest, doughy pizza. I always like to give benefit of the doubt. But I see I'm not the first to say the same thing, and still the same skimpy topping antics from the vendor, so I have to hit submit, on my review....
