Golden House Restaurant — Restaurant in Conception Bay South

Would 100% not recommend eating at this restaurant or ordering from there, besides the mediocre Chinese food the service by the front end staff mainly the female employee we were dealing with was rude be on belief and hard headed. They messed up my order and instead of being apologetic or anything close to that I was met with “that’s how it comes, there is nothing we can do about it you should have ordered it differently”, blew my mind and I will undoubtedly never be using this “restaurant” ever again. They are not the only Chinese restaurant in the CBS area so if you can avoid the negativity and the lack of knowing how to deal with people like they do I would highly recommend...

Mom and I decided to stop in on our way home. Which is about 45 minutes from this restaurant. When we got home the food was still warm the soup was spot-on it was really hot still :) I expected everything to be cold by the time we got home. I won't go there again. I went for Chinese food, but it doesn't taste like Chinese cuisine at all. Moreover, the prices are very high for the taste and portion size they offer. The amount of chicken they served for Dinner for 2 was very little, it felt like a single portion. The chicken chow mein also had very little chicken (not exaggerating, maybe 3 or 4 small dice size pieces). Overall, we were not satisfied....
