Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Conception Bay South

My mother was argued with and degraded this morning at this location in Kelligrews because she wanted to order mayo on her breakfast sandwhich. First, over the intercom in the drive thru. The staff member debated with her that mayo should not go on it. My mom insisted it was her choice and she wanted mayo. Before leaving the parking lot she checked and there was no mayo.

She then went inside I'm the kelligrews location and asked politely to have mayo added. The staff member argued with her over this and so my mother asked to speak to the supervisor. No help was offered by the supervisor whose name is Aconcha. Instead, Aconcha decided to humiliate my mother further by not only repeating that "mayo does not go on it" but also by laughing and smirking at her along with the staff member.

The attitude at this location is atrocious. I have had an issue with this specific manager as well a couple of months ago and have not returned to this location because of that. I did not write a review at that time but I'm completely disgusted at the behavior from staff here and hiw my mother...

Today I went to the CBS highway Tim Hortons. I come here everyday and order a triple triple coffee in the morning, and 50% of the time my coffee tastes bitter and undrinkable. This doesn’t usually bother me as I return it and they make it again but today I was told that they will not remake it because they are confident that they made it right, and told me it’s a bit much that I ask for a replacement so often. I asked the lady for her name and she said her name was Chantelle and she’s a manager implying that there was nobody else for me to speak to. Honestly I’m upset that I spend so much money at this location and the staff decides to speak to...

Spent at least 15 minutes in a modest drive-thru line up. Got to the window and I was told it would be a few moments for my order, only to watch 5 staff standing around in the drive-thru window area (with their backs turned to me, shooting the breezing) while one employee made two sandwiches by themselves. The english muffin used for my breakfast sandwich must have been frozen at some point because even after toasting the center I bit into was still cold, and I didn't get the donuts I ordered.
