Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Conway

Made an online order expecting it to be like the other tim hortons I've done that at where they make it and put it on the counter to pick up, but I ended up spending my entire break waiting, just to go up to the counter and have them not even know the order had been made until I told them about it..

I'm not blaming anyone, but there should be some kind of sign explaining this if it's not going to be done the same way at every location. When the app gives me a screen telling me my order is going to be completed and put up on the counter to be picked up, without being told otherwise, I'm going to believe...

Though I strive to live by the rule "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all"; there comes a point where you just have to say something.

After numerous visits to this location, they have never gotten my order correct. For example, tonight I ordered two meals, 1 Ham & Cheese Sandwich and 1 BLT, with wedges (two orders in total), and 2 dipping sauces (1 honey mustard, 1 chipotle). What did I discover upon arriving home? 2 Ham & Cheese sandwiches, 2 wedges and 1 dipping sauce. Not that big of a deal... Except I can't eat Ham, or chipotle due to stomach issues. This Tim Hortons in Digby is a great spot, especially if you're looking to take a break on your road trip. Stopped here for a breakfast on our way to whale watching.

The location is convenient, right off Highway 101, making it a perfect stop during a road trip.
