Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Corner Brook

Edit: I don’t call and make complaints but man, Never going to go back here again. First off, sent to the wrong address. Second, messed up my pizza, made me wait two full days for a response from a manager on whether or not they would even fix my order. Acted like I was lying when I haven’t ever complained about an order. The lady on the phone said they would have to “check the cameras to see if it was made right”. Excuse me? I wanted you to come pick up the pizza you messed up and send a new one, not get free food out of this. So disrespectful.Then when the manager finally calls, They Offered me a free pizza, minus the delivery charge. Cool but you didn’t fix when you messed it up like everyone else does and now I have to pay you to get my order that you never made right the first time. Then when I call to get the pizza they can’t find the free pizza in their book of free stuff. So I call back a week later and they still can’t find it and I wait on the phone for 20 minutes. Trash service. Avoid this place they really suck at being a restaurant. I’ve worked in restaurants for 10 years, this place genuinely does not understand customer service. I Can’t even say the food is good anymore because you made me a terrible pizza and then didn’t fix it, so I guess the food...

45 minute wait for a pizza, didn’t look in the box until I got home an hour away. Pizza comes with almost no cheese on it, very poorly made, with a short blonde curly hair baked into the bread. Didn’t get home til late and was very disappointed in the pizza so I decided I’d let them know the next day as I have to wake up very early. I called to let them know, she said “we are open til 11, you should have called, we wear hair nets and no one handles the pizza” … She didn’t ask about the hair, didn’t say sorry, repeated their policy about returns 2x said to get a refund I need to return the pizza. I wasn’t even interested in a refund!! I live far away and wasn’t making another trip in town over a free pizza! I used a free pizza coupon, I don’t know what a refund would even look like, i didn’t want the coupon nor another pizza, I just wanted to let them know they were putting out poorly made hairy pizzas and they didn’t want to hear it. Not a great attitude. I won’t return, not even if I get a free pizza coupon. If a customer is trying to improve the quality of the goods you serve, the least you could do is ask what the hair looked like so you can make sure the employee with short, curly, blonde hair is wearing their hair net at...

We only ordered delivery twice from Murphy square and each time our orders were wrong. The first time we got the wrong pizzas, called back told them the issue. They brought more pizza, we checked it agian and it was the exact same. So the guy takes them all back, a while later we get a call asking what the issue is so we tell them, then around 2 - 2&1/2 hours later we finally get what we wanted with pizza but out cheese fingers are cold. We weren't offered anything for our trouble. Tonight we ordered donairs with no onion or tomato. It's delivered and we open it and guess what? Tomato and onion on both. So we call back and they can't replace it because the delivery guy is off now, we were his last delivery. So They "wrote us down " for 2 donairs which was nice. However it's the last time I order anything form Murphy square pizza delight. I understand mistakes are made, but both times I order? Days apart? What are they doing up there? Come on bys...
