Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Corner Brook

Food quality is great! Very friendly workers, working well alongside eachother to get your food ready very quickly. Like.. VERY quickly at times. The new renovation to the interior really brings it all together and makes it a highly comfortable dining experience! I see a few reviews claiming that the drive-thru service is bad, which I can't speak for. But as a customer service oriented retail worker, I can attest that some days, an establishment can have an off day. Some consumers, especially if already irritated, will lash out and let one bad experience taint their views of an establishment as a whole. This is an unfortunate truth in this industry. Keep your heads up guys, you're great! I've seen my fair share of crazies in Tim Hortons locations including this one. Don't let it...

They completely stopped taking orders from inside for almost 15 minutes while I guess they were focused on the drive thru. That's ridiculous. People who took the time to walk in the store should be just as much a priority as people sitting in cars. It would be fine if they hadn't just abandoned the registrar for 15 minutes. I was close to walking out. Only saving grace it that the sandwich was ok. I won't come back to the inside of this particular Tims. I would give zero...

The workers there are horrendous. Literally should be ashamed of the service there. Drove up to the drive thru, the drive thru lady didn’t even greet me, stuck out the debit machine, swiped it away too quickly and she said it didn’t go through and I said yeah because you took it away from me, then she proceeds to dump my food in the bag gives it to me and closes the door with no words. I was astonished. This makes Tim’s even less worth getting. Get it together...
