What a disaster this was at 12:13pm Had placed an order at home to be picked up at location.
Got to location and wow order wasnt even recognized by any of the 3 staff. Cashier advised maybe order was placed to granby, seriously that's the excuse on top of it cashier states to me "you shouldnt place the order on the internet, really has issues."
To seconds after she states oh yes we got thr order but we didnt accept the order... Have to wait an additional 25 minutes. No sorry no apology no discount
NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE THIS LOCATION, AND DONT ORDER ONLINE CAUSE WITH THE LOUD MUSIC THAT CANT HEAR THE ORDER ON THERE TABLET.
Not happy with the service, I look forward to hearing from the branch manager...

Honestly, the sushi shop in Cowansville is going very down hill. I got home and question many of the pieces of sushi in the order I had. I very much doubt that this was made the same day. The avocados were black in the pieces that were hidden, there was fish that was discoloured and smelt really dated. The Edamame had a short black hair in it. When we got there we were told any orders we would want to make would take over an hour because they were only 2 employees and they had 2 orders (only one of them was making stuff while the other was talking with his friends!?!). I am giving 2 stars this time because I have ordered the new Tuna miso poke and I have definitely got just a regular tuna poké.
The tempura chips were nowhere to be found, no black masago, no nori.
The poke was still good, but not what I have ordered.
Update The owner reached out and apologized for the mistake and also offered me a free Poke bowl, which I really appreciate. Also, I would like to add that it was my mistake when I stated that the tuna wasn't torch seared when it's actually raw tuna muxed...
