Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Cramahe

I have frequently been stuck in line at this location for up to 10 minutes and left with no coffee. I drink half hot chocolate, half coffee. They do not post before you enter drive thru if there are things such as hot chocolate, that are not being served. They use to mix some by hand if the machine was down, but now they won’t. After being told they wouldn’t make my coffee today I had to wait to leave. I decided to let them know at the window that this happens regularly and some times the wait is excessive. One young man snapped at me that they won’t post such and immediately ignored me. It was so rude. I had not been rude. Then the other said it’s just a few minutes to clean the machine. I said, ‘ok, just a couple of minutes.’ I’d already been waiting anyway. Then the rude one snapped back saying it would be much longer than a couple of minutes and ignored me again. I can honestly say going here has ruined my day on more than one occasion. There is no consideration of the customer. They’re nice in Brighton. Too bad this location has the poor management it does. There’s a few good staff members, but the bad ones make attending this location worse than not having...

I usually have nothing but good things to say about the Tim's in Colborne but this morning they dropped the ball . Drive through was out to the road so I went inside . I stood in line behind 3 people and in front of 4 for 15 minutes without moving one spot . I talked to a fellow that had already ordered 3 coffees and he had been there for 5 minutes before I even came in . The people working there need to remember that the majority of us are on our way to work . Two people behind me walked out before ordering. I waited as long as I could before I walked out too . The day before I went through the drive through , ordered a farmers wrap meal with an extra hash brown , getting 10 KS down the 401 and then realized I only had one of the two hash browns. I know the staff at this location is better than that . Try to remember we are spending our hard earned money and speedy service and a double check on the order doesn't cost Tim's any extra out of their pocket . I'm not one to complain usually but today just rubbed me...

I live right around the corner I go there every day even though I'm not a real big fan of the coffee I always order something like raisin Bran muffin 90% of the time they're out today I got excited and I thought maybe I'll get something different they've got to have like a chili so I wait in the line and wait in the line at lunch time 12:30 quarter to one and the girl says to me they were all out of chili well no it wasn't ready yet and I'm like oh you got to be kidding me and I said well how about a soup she is oh sorry it's not ready either and I just beside myself I said it's lunch time you have no soup no chili is it just give me a plain donut old fashioned she yells it back they said all we're all out of old-fashioned I don't know what's happened to Tim Hortons it's gone to a frozen donut she ended up paying any of the bag with five little Tim bits in it and didn't charge me wow can't believe I wasted that much time with crappy...
