Love this place! My kids convinced me to come here and try the poutine, which was the best thing I've ever done!

The poutines are amazing (regular and Donair) (LOVE the gravy) and so are the burgers! The chicken wraps, meatball subs and chicken are really good! And the crispy fries they get in, oh man. So good.

Servings are really big for a good price and the boys are all super friendly and great to chat with! You just have to strike up a conversation and talk to them!

The place is VERY clean. Even a lot of restaurants in Halifax seem dirty and gross compared to here.

I usually go here for dinner time or later so I don't know of everyone who works here but the cooks who usually do my order even cover their hands with gloves when they prepare food. (I adore Julien, who usually prepares my order! He remembers customers and how they like their food and even brings you your food right to you in the waiting area when you are waiting! I love when we chat, and honestly never feel like I am just another customer!)

As a customer I appreciate a clean, healthy environment and I love ordering here!

You're not going to get sick off their food because it's a very clean, organized place and you can clearly see that when you walk in.

After Halloween they gave the kids some candy. You know, just to be nice. The kids loved that. Not because they got free candy, but because they were nice enough to give them some.

Customer service is a huge deal. How businesses and their employees treat people is a huge deal.

I've seen people come in (one old lady in particular) looking for a drink. Don't think she had much money and the owner gave her a pop for free. She walked out smiling saying they treat her well. I believed her. I didn't ask because it's none of my business, but I'm sure she is known to them and this has happened before.

You might think that dollar pop is no big deal but you know, it kinda is. Seen them give out pizza slices for free. First time I ordered here they gave the kids free slices.

If it's not exactly fresh they won't try to sell it to customers like other places. Not saying they do it all the time and you shouldn't expect it,but it happens.

Even one of their delivery drivers offered us a drive home one day when we were leaving and it was super cold. Super sweet guy. He's always smiling and always seems to be in a good mood!(We only live about a five minute walk though so it wasn't a long walk home.)

Long before I even went there for the first time one of their delivery drivers was doing his last delivery in my apartment building and offered to help me and the kids bring up some groceries. It was nice of him to offer as the stairs suck so much! Haha

They will treat you good here because I believe they have some good people working here.

These are situations that I have seen, spread out over some time. We enjoy stopping in and come by almost every time we have take out simply because the food is good and they treat people good.

I recommend stopping in to try it out yourself! Not sure of the other Alexandra's but this one is definitely...

Ordered online at 4:11pm and by 5:25 no sign of food, so I call to see how much longer as my daughter was super hungry. I understand when places get busy. But for them to blatantly lie about my order.... First guy I spoke with asked how I ordered. I told him online at 4:11. He said no order for your address. I said I have confirmation # and gave to him so he went to look. Said nothing showing. Asked what I ordered. Told him he said it would be another 25 minutes. I asked if I would get a discount for the now will be 1.75 hours. He said let me ask. Another guy comes on phone. Asking how I ordered. Again said online. "Oh our online printer is not working" will give you your "x" for free. My daughter agrees to wait. Now...if first guy went to look at the online orders already and said mine was not there, and the second guy said the online printer is broken....get your stories straight before you lie to your customers! Own up to the fact it got lost or missed. I would appreciate that more than a lie . And for that, you have lost my business for...
