Would love to give them 0 star but I had no option. This is a feedback not only for the store but majorly for the owner. I am in shock by the cruel some behaviour by the senior staff who are in leadership. They have nothing in the name of professionalism and customer service. I am in absolute shock and mentally disturbed by the way I was treated by the supervisor and specifically by the store manager.
I know there are ample negative feedback already and it is sad to say that the owner has no interest in taking a step in this. I know owner is Bob and I urge you Bob to save your store because people who work here work to be treated right and with respect not to be bullied and loose their self respect. I am in actually very much in shock that why owner is not stepping up regardless of soo many negative feedback. I don’t know if something will be changed or not. I can only hope that you take a step because Bullying staff is absolutely a big No and in your store it is at peak level. I am very much disturbed and sad with the way I was being treated and I wish I could change something because no one has the right to treat someone with disrespect. So, STOP BULLYING PEOPLE AND TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT. SPECIALLY YOUR CUSTOMERS TOO.

FACT Just one single employee serving all store customers and also the drive through. The baker in the back refused to help. It took 26 minutes just to place my order. It is not the staffs fault but the MISERABLE SCROOGE OWNER trying to fatten his pocket at the expense of customers and staff. If something is not done, I may stop going to Tim's forever. She is extremely unprofessional—constantly micromanaging the staff, speaking to them in a rude and condescending tone, and making the work environment uncomfortable. I’ve seen employees looking stressed and frustrated, and it’s no surprise why. If the team isn’t happy, how can customers expect good service?
On my last visit, my order was completely wrong, and when I politely asked for a correction, Navneet rolled her eyes and acted like I was the problem. No apology, no effort to fix the mistake—just pure attitude. It’s clear she doesn’t care about customer service or creating a welcoming atmosphere.
This location used to be great, but under her management, it’s gone downhill fast. Until there’s a change, I won’t be coming back.
