Customer service from 1 lady behind the counter is not good. Perhaps we arrived at a time where 1 of the ladies was not in a good mood. The menu is naturally in French, and we took longer to decide because we don’t know French so we took more time to understand. There was no queue behind us. Another man came later but went ahead to order as we were still deciding; that’s all fine.
When placing the order, no greetings from her. She got impatient when we could not understand one of her questions in French. And she asked again in French while raising her voice. It was puzzling because it should have been obvious by then that we don’t know the language so asking us again repeatedly and in an angry tone does not help the situation. If there is a language barrier, there are other ways to ask questions to understand your customer but she made little effort. It was only a bit later that I inferred what she wanted to know was how many we want.
Then came the standard questions of “cheese?” and “toasted?” but she just overall wasn’t a friendly person.
The 2nd lady behind the counter was much better. she had limited English (still helps) but the more important point is that she was still seeking to help us and was polite.
The food itself is alright. It’s a chain after all and all within expectations for something quick and easy.

   Read moreJe me suis fait refuser le service puisque je portait un couvre-visage fait maison avec un foulard doublé, comme il est clairement légal de faire, alors que le gérant voulait que je porte un masque ordinaire. Cela n'aurait pas été si mal si j'avais été abordé poliment, mais le fait est que le gérant s'est précipité vers moi agressivement en me pointant du doigt disant "c'est un masque que ça prend ici monsieur, pas un foulard!".
Ne voulant pas faire de scène, j'ai décidé d'aller manger ailleurs, et ce, même si j'avais raison et qu'on m'avait pauvrement traité. J'utilise donc le peu de pouvoir que j'ai en laissant une mauvaise évaluation google à l'établissement, espérant que la gestion réalise son excès de zèle et son manque de civisme envers sa clientèle.
