We've ordered from this place for 8 years. My last order they made an error and sent+charged for larger pizzas than we ordered. We only noticed after the delivery guy left.
I called to explain the error and the woman answering told me there was no way she made a mistake, to take it or leave it and hung up on me.
I called back only to have the owner scream at me that I couldn't find cheaper, better pizza in this town and they changed their prices but didn't update their flyers (including the one coming with my fresh pizza) or website. I was told I was lucky to get pizza at their prices at all. He told me he didn't want my business.
30 minutes later he calls back and says indeed he owes me $6+ and there was an error. I already started the charge back process with Mastercard and this place lost mine and extended family's business for good.

Ordered many times over the years. Hit and miss on the food and what you get. Last order we did online and asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas and got 1 all dressed and one pepperoni. Calling on the phone is quite a hassle also. I agree with a few reviews I have read... they have a hard time understanding and are sometimes rough to deal with. I would recommend to pick up instead.
