This Tim Hortons has been closed for the last 4 weeks and only Drive thru is opened. Why? It doesn't make any sense. The other day, I made another and the kids kept forget what was order because they had too many chefs not enough Indians. I kept saying you forgot this item. thanks bye, no you forgot this item etc. I got my items, drove off. I had a chocolate creamy chill as one of my items. I took a sip, and was trying to figure out what this item was. I always have to ask at the window to put the whip cream and chocolate on top when it was already clearly asked for it. Needless to say, with the traffic going on, I turned back because the kids gave me a cappuccino with whip cream and chocolate on top and not a chocolate creamy chill. I went back exchanged the item to get my Chocolate creamy chill, had to ask for the whip cream and the kid said they were out, just by the time I got back within 15-20 minutes!! I was on my way to the hospital with my daughter and hadn’t eaten all day so I decided to quickly place a mobile order. Upon arrival I give the code and they tell us to pull up (in a 15 min long lineup at the drive through) when we got to the window we were told nothing was ready because they DIDNT UNDERSTAND US. This happened January 24 and I have YET TO GET A REFUND. I keep being told management will call me and NO ONE ONE HAS. I have reported this location to the better business bureau as well as protection des consommateurs and am DISGUSTED.

Read moreAnother disappointing adventure at this Tims. A simple order of a coffee and one slice of toast NO Butter with two peanut butter on the side. Only one customer ahead of me in the store. It took over 10 minutes to receive my toast, and guess what with a whole bunch of well melted butter. I lost it, I threw the toast on the counter ( well it was only 3 feet) away from me. I then asked the young lady ( Maybe a bit firmly) what do I need to do to receive to receive my order correctly. She obviously began defensive and I don't blame her.
