We live in the community and have ordered from BP's many times. There aren't many options for delivery in Devon. The consistency of the food quality is my biggest complaint. We have had some great meals and some not so great meals from here. We don't call and complain everytime we are disappointed or missing an item from our orders, because we have already waited 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. Last week we ordered a pasta dish with shrimp, which didn't have any shrimp in it. 🙄 Yesterday we placed an $80 order, which again included a pasta dish with shrimp. We also ordered a side dish of meatballs. We have ordered side orders of meatballs many times. This time they put the meatballs in the pasta dish with the shrimp. The side order was not for the person who was having the shrimp. Also a order of ribs was placed which looked disgustingly grey and they were cold. They certainly looked nothing like what they look like on the online menu. When I called to complain the person I spoke to was apologetic and offered to give us a $25 credit for our next order or have it remade. I realize this is what he is trained to do, but honestly $25 was not acceptable, nor was waiting another 45 minutes to an hour. He then transferred me to a woman who I had to repeat everything again too, which annoyed me and she repeated multiple times that they were very busy. In summary I told her I wanted a $50 credit and for the meatballs to be remade and delivered, which took another 1/2 hour to be delivered. She asked if there was anything else I wanted from her. Yes, for people to take pride in their work. If you advertise a menu online with images of the food you propose to charge good money for, I don't care if your really busy, be consistent, and take some pride in what your doing and you will have happy customers. Read moreI am absolutely appalled by this establishments behaviour. I get custom orders & it’s either made wrong & or I miss something that I’ve paid for. At one point after them constantly having me call after orders because they either messed up the order & or missed something they decided that they weren’t going to serve me anymore. One day I called to see where my order was & they asked if it was me & that they aren’t suppose to serve me anymore but would that night & to talk to another manager on the next business day. They have either missed things I asked for on my food or they put stuff that I specifically asked to not put because I cannot eat it with stuff on it (ie cilantro on the tacos). I would feel bad calling but they know my order especially after multiple times & it would still get messed up & I was a regular in the area. They also started giving me less condiments as the time went on & if I paid for 2 brownies, I’ve gotten 1, I’ve paid for Pepsi & not gotten it, paid for sauce that I have also have been missing before. I’m very appalled with their customer service. Also the fact that Devon is SMALL & you charge pretty well $5, shame on you ! Marci’s who’s a local restaurant is only $2 ish so how does it feel to rob people especially durning hard times & also being a big chain restaurant ! Do better BOSTON PIZZA !!! Read moreThe restaurant is state of the art and modern, however our experience was nothing less than poor. We placed our orders, and initially received my daughters order of spaghetti incorrectly. They apologized and corrected their mistake. Meanwhile I received my order of wings, in a timely manner, and they were excellent. Another 20 minutes of time passed us by, and my wife and I still hadn’t received our orders of salad, lasagna, and nachos. We were beginning to get frustrated, but in the meantime I decided to place another order of wings. To our surprise I received this second order of wings within another 15 minutes, and we still hadn’t received our main orders! The frustration kept building, but by the time I finished eating this second order of wings we still hadn’t received our main courses! It had been over an hour since we ordered these main courses, and at this point of frustration we decided to leave but offered to pay for what we had received! BP’s management waived our bill, and so we headed to the BP’s in Leduc where we made the same main course orders and received our food...
