I have been going to this Tim Hortons for several months now, and I normally go once a week leaving Edmonton. Out of all the many times I have been there, they have only gotten my order correct twice. Every time I ask for the "Spicy Crispy Chicken Club Burger" (I love the hot sauce) and somehow they always give me the ranch. Today that just happened again. I returned the burger and said "I had asked for the Spicy one"(I tried stomaching a ranch burger previously but I really just disklike ranch in general), but this time they just piled on a bunch of hot sauce in addition to the ranch sauce. Which, if the spicy sauce covered the ranch sauce's flavour, wouldn't be such a big deal. It doesn't. That and they also got the sauce all over the top side of the bun so it's a hell of a mess to eat while on the go. I'm disappointed in how they almost always manage to get my order wrong, and then not do it right a second time.

Anaphylactic cows milk protein allergies are real. You need to be careful and when somebody orders a non-milk alternative, it’s really very important that you don’t put milk in it. Cream was put in my tea today instead of oat milk. I am a breast-feeding woman and my baby is anaphylactic to cows milk protein. This carelessness could literally kill her. It was a mobile order so there’s no excuse for not hearing the order properly.

I just have too say I was absolutely floored (in a good way) with my food experience here yesterday. Don't get me wrong, it's still just Timmies breakfast, but I have been to a lot of Timmies and I know what to expect. I don't know if it was a particular worker that day that made it good but I think it may have been better more than just one.

I ordered breakfast, as I was in from out of town at an appt. I was first surprised that someone actually took the time to cut my egg in half to put it on a croissant, egg in every bite had me delighted. Not to mention somehow it tasted better and fresher than I normally get elsewhere. The last croissant I had from a Tim's was chewy and hard like it had been left out all night. I then grabbed my hashbrown, which, for the first time ever, was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as opposed to the normal soggy, greasy undercooked hashbrown I am used to. I was also given, not none, not one, but 3 whole napkins for my 3 items, without asking! My donut that I saved for that afternoon had been nicely preserved in its neatly FOLDED bag. When I opened it hours later to eat, it still tasted fresh not stale! I think it was actually made fresh that day!

Obviously my expectations are not high for most of my Timmies visits, but the one in Devon really did a nice job. This is how all Timmies visits should be. You should be eating fresh, tasty food when you are paying for it. I just wanted to say well done to the staff and owners of the Devon Timmies, it's great to see people take pride in their work. And I felt humbled and encouraged enough to post a review about it. Your hard work did not go unnoticed yesterday. Keep up...

I had a very unpleasant experience and will not be returning. I placed an order through the app but accidentally forgot to select “drive-thru.” When I pulled up, the manager or supervisor told me I would have to wait at the front for the rest of my order. I received my food but was still waiting on my coffee.

When a young staff member came out with it, her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of simply handing me my coffee, she scolded me in a condescending tone, telling me I should have ordered for the drive-thru, as though I had broken some major rule. She spoke down to me in a way that was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. To make matters worse, as she walked back inside, she gave me a cold, hostile glare — the kind of look you’d expect if I had personally offended her, when all I had done was place an order.

This level of attitude and disrespect from an employee is unacceptable and left me questioning how this location is being managed. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I receive far better service at other locations, including Edmonton, and I would strongly recommend management address this behavior if they care about...

Worst Tims I have visited. Stopped here for the first time and in 5 years and I asked myself what am I doing here?. Went in to order as my mother and father in-law wanted soup so wanted them to be able to sit down and have it. After paying stood over waiting for our order and customers after us kept getting their orders so asked could we at least get our coffee and we were looked at as if they had no idea who we were or what we were waiting for so I told them our order and had not even received even the coffee, the person who served us said they never served us until the other employee showed them the order on the screen then they tried to say they handed me the soups like if you did I wouldn’t be standing here and at first you acted like you never saw me then claiming you handed me the soups? Took at least another 10 minutes to get our order. Bun that goes with soup felt like it came out of the freezer so had to ask for it to be warmed up. Will not be returning to this location as it seems like always they cater to drive thru and have no consideration for customers that come into the store. Not even an apology for the confusion instead we...
