We r Sue and Jim of Huntsville and we would like to claim that A&W Bracebridge is THEE BEST A&W CONSISTENTLY being seniors we treat ourselves to breakfast and will drive from Huntsville to Bracebridge so we get a great meal served with a smile in a clean atmosphere the food is plated like the cook cares thanks Mike (breakfast cook). But it doesn’t t end there from Sarah the manager Brandon Kayla Deakin and Kiyley it takes a team and that’s what they are . Also the owner Chantelle brought the whole team out to the front so my husband and I could applaud them for all they do . Chantelle thought they should hear from us how great the place is run . They also are very community minded supporting others in the community we have been going there for years as our family live south of us that seems to be our stop. Food is reasonably good, but please do something about your menu boards. I thought I was ordering a Grandpa burger- those words right under a picture showing burger with 2 patties and lettuce tomato etc. I got 3 patties no lettuce no tomato. Turned out the grandpa burger isn't actually displayed or described. It was also more expensive than the burger I though I was getting. Menu layout is quite confusing, and doesn't show info on combo meals even though most people tend to order a combo no? a quarter of the menu board is just picture of 3 burgers.... waste of space! Seems like it's intended to confuse so ppl order more expensive items....??.. especially grandpas need simple...

It was busy and here is how they lost stars: Floors were messy. Men's bathroom had the heat on full blast felt like a nasty sauna. Women's bathroom had a sign on the door " if the toilet doesn't flush, tell the staff!" Seems to me in the time you write a note and stick it on the door you could have called the plumber. On that topic, men's bathroom door and kitchen door are opposite sides of a narrow hall. With a window in the kitchen door. Just felt a bit off.
