Then when we got our pizzas they were nearly inedible. Burnt, hardly any cheese, dry … absolutely disgusting. The crust basically crumbled in our mouths. They must have changed their GF crust plus overcooked it like crazy. The cheese was also so disappointing. I added photos because this was not an exaggeration at all.

I truly hope to hear from management as it was unacceptable.

Also, they only had 2 cottage springs cans left ??? Only 1 flavor. So bizarre because they are the supplier. When I ordered a strawberry kiwi and raspberry vodka soda can they gave me 2 plain vodka sodas but didn’t tell me. I had to take them back and ask for something with flavor. Then said they only have 2 cans left and they are grapefruit. Okay I’ll take that …

The pizzas were very good and the kids loved them. It'd be the perfect place if they did a better job of managing expectations during busy periods.

We ordered 4 pizzas for take out and were told it would take 15-20 mins. They took our phone number and said they'd call when they were ready.

After 40 mins, worried that they'd called the wrong number, we went back to pick up the pizzas. We were told that our order was "just coming out of the oven" so we stepped aside and waited.

The order finally arrived after 1:10 .. an hour and ten minutes.

I don't mind that it took a long time - it was a Sat night - but their deceptive estimates prevented me from being able to sit at Clear Lake and enjoy the time with my family.

We visited for the first time last night. Decent place. The starters took a bit to get to our table. Asked for a pitcher of water but unless you’re getting beer you can’t have a pitcher. My son asked for no mustard and no horseradish but said he was missing pickles. I got a chicken Caesar salad and was expecting the chicken in the salad to be warm. It was cold and dry and the salad could have used more dressing. Besides that everything else was good. I suggest being able to serve pitchers of water because not everyone drinks beer.
