Tristan's Tasty Eatz — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

We stayed at Tally Ho this past week and after reading all the amazing reviews about Tristan’s, we decided to try it on our last night. Biggest regret… not getting it everyday!! All the food was delicious and made with total love and respect! My husband and I ordered the Dragons Breakfast poutine and a medium was more than enough for us to share. Perfectly salty, sweet and tangy and the brisket was beyond delicious! My husband wasn’t sold on the BBQ sauce when reading the menu, but once he had his first bite his mind was quickly changed. The kids ordered the sliders and quesadillas (both from the kids menu) Both were amazing as well (couldn’t get a pic of the quesadillas because our youngest ate them all before I could take one haha) thank you Tristan for filling peoples bellies with fantastic food. We visit the Muskokas often and your truck will definitely be our new family...

Some of the best burgers I’ve ever had, Tristan‘s Tasty Eatz is a little hidden gem of a food truck set up right in front of the Tally Ho Inn over in Huntsville. The food truck can’t really be seen off the main road unless you knew you were looking for the back of a large blue truck. There is only a small sign on the side of the road by the entrance to the end. And actually almost thought the place did not exist as we were unaware that it was a food truck when we were looking for it!

But if you’re in the area and would like some of the best burgers you’ll ever have I’d say it’s worth the little detour to stop by and try Tristan’s burgers. We tried the dragonfire beef and the smokin dragon and both were some of the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The food was good but servings were really small for price . I bought a large poutine with pulled pork after asking to see the sized thinking ok cool for 23 dollars I am going to get a lot of fries. I wish I took a picture the box was bigger and it was filled from corner to corner but completely flat there was no volume what so ever. We ordered brisket sandwiches and they were good but again very few pieces and soo thin. My buddy family ordered burgers and they looked good. I wish Tristan luck as he was really nice and food is good. But I have to be honest we left feeling really disappointed. If there were at least a decent about of fries I think our experience would...
